Space Invaders Cocktail to Upright Conversion

Taito Space Invaders 2 and 3-layer boards were commonly used in tabletop games with upright games normally using the 'L' shaped boardsets, however for Space Invaders Part II Taito used the 2 and 3-layer boardsets in upright games.

If we wanted to use one configured for a cocktail cabinet for use in an upright cabinet, then we must disable the screen rotation for Player 2 and ensure that the controls work correctly.

Note that this conversion only applies to boards that use the MB14241 custom shifter chip part number PV070010, PV070010A and CV070020 which will look similar the board shown here.
